A Pocket Full of Matches is a sardonic look at the potential social and emotional disasters women carry around with us, and how we silently wrestle with our identities as individuals and as pieces of a community. It questions how much of the story being told on the outside lines up with the story unfolding on the inside, and how we parse our natural instincts with our desire to blend in.

It’s a story for anyone who’s ever waited in line, commiserating with and commenting on how we make it through each day by alternatively supporting each other and blocking each other out. There’s drama, softness, awkward moments. Also there’s a dance with googly eyes.

Nothing to see here, folks …
